At Rose City Robotics Collaborative, we are dedicated to providing top-tier educational opportunities in AI and robotics. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our new certification training course designed to prepare participants for the NVIDIA-Certified Associate: Generative AI Multimodal credential.
What is the NVIDIA Generative AI Multimodal Associate Certification?
This certification validates foundational skills in designing, implementing, and managing AI systems capable of synthesizing and interpreting data across multiple modalities, including text, images, and audio. It is ideal for anyone looking to build expertise in generative AI and gain a recognized credential in the field.
The exam consists of 50-60 multiple-choice questions, runs for one hour, and costs $125. A basic understanding of generative AI is recommended before attempting the certification.
Our Certification Prep Course
To help learners succeed, we are developing a comprehensive training program that will cover key topics required for the certification. Through real-world applications and expert-led instruction, participants will gain the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the exam and beyond.
Our course is being developed in collaboration with the Portland State University Center for Entrepreneurship and Business Accelerator and the Portland Metro Region Innovation Hub.
In the coming months will be hosting a training session for approximately 20 participants led by an NVIDIA-certified trainer.
Expanding Our Robotics & AI Educational Offerings
Beyond this certification course, we are actively working on cutting-edge educational initiatives in AI and robotics. In partnership with the Portland State University Department of Mathematics and Statistics, we are currently engaged in an NSF SBIR/STTR Phase 1 grant focused on machine learning algorithm development for physical AI. Additionally, we are developing open-source tooling for inverse kinematics solvers and motion planning to support robotics applications.
We also recognize the growing need for robotics-specific certifications and are eager to offer training around tools like NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac, and Cosmos. While official certifications for these platforms are not yet available, we see a unique opportunity to contribute to educational content development in this area.
Developing Education for the Future
Our team, with over 20 years of experience in ed-tech, software, and machine learning, is actively developing content on topics such as synthetic data generation, digital twins, and AI-driven robotics infrastructure.
